Rev Daniel Martinez

Daniel and his wife Pamela arrived in Canada in 2008 after getting married and both graduating with a BA in Theology from Baptist Theological Seminary in Santiago, Chile. They lived in Montreal for three years, where Daniel worked with the Hispanic Church of God in Quebec as a teaching and youth Pastor. Dianne Jacobson

Dianne Jacobson is our Admin Assistant.  She was born and raised in the Cowichan Valley and has been a member of St. Andrew’s since 2002. Dianne is the mother of three grown sons.  Before joining the staff in November of 2020, she had spent many years volunteering in different capacities at both St. Andrew’s and in the community, using the gifts and talents that God has equipped her with.

Naomi Middlemiss

Naomi Middlemiss is our Music director. She grew up in the south of France with Pentecostal missionary parents. After working in Scotland for 8 years with YWAM,  she followed her Canadian husband to his native Cowichan valley in 2009. Naomi is a musician, songwriter, and a worshiper at heart. She loves working with musicians and blending all styles of music into the Sunday morning service.

Barb Thorburn

Barb Thorburn: Born in Quebec, has lived in the Cowichan Valley for most of her adult life. Has two adult children, three grandchildren and one great grandchild. Barb worked in the Finance Department at North Cowichan, retiring after 35 years, and has attended St. Andrew’s for about 30 years.
